What is your hotel cancellation policy?

Please reference the rate that you booked for the cancellation policies associated with it.

Can I make a reservation over the phone?

Yes! We’d be happy to help you make a reservation. Click on the Book Now button and select a property to call the hotel directly.

Do I need a credit card at check-in?

Yes, all guests need a valid credit card that matches their Identification.

What payments do you accept?

We accept American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, and Visa. All hotels also accept cash as payment at check-out, but a valid credit card must still be presented upon arrival.

Do you allow pets?

There’s no need to leave your furry friend at home, all our properties are dog friendly!

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, all hotels have accessible rooms.

Is there a charge for Wi-Fi?

We want you to be able to disconnect yet still feel connected, so Wi-Fi is complimentary at all hotels.
